1. Registration is free of cost and open exclusively to students of Classes IX to XII from participating schools.
2. All completed registration forms should be submitted by 20th June,2025.
3. All participants should report by 7:00 am on the day of the fest.
4. Each school may bring a maximum of 50 non-participating attendees.
5. Each registered school is required to participate in a minimum of three events. Individual students may not participate in more than two events.
6. All attendees must wear their school uniforms and display their LA Fest badges at all times, regardless of their participation status. Badges will be issued at the registration desk.
7. Entry is restricted to registered students and their accompanying teachers only.
8. Each school will be allotted two green rooms for preparation and storage.
9. Food coupons, priced at 350 each, are non-refundable.
10. All orders, including vegetarian/non-vegetarian preferences, must be confirmed by 20th June,2025.
Changes will not be entertained beyond this deadline.
11. While students may carry mobile phones, usage is strictly prohibited inside the indoor stadium.
12. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the indoor stadium under any circumstances.
13. All decisions made by the judges will be final.
14. Participating schools are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play. Any form of vulgar language, obscene actions, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
